Voices of Tea: From Source to Market— Closer to Origin, Craft and People
Taiwanese tea company Kien Yu Tea is proud to support the Berlin Tea Festival for the fourth consecutive year, continuing its commitment to connecting Taiwanese tea with the European tea community.
The Berlin Tea Festival 2026 will take place on 7–8 November at silent green Kulturquartier in Berlin, under the central theme “Voice of Tea.” The festival invites visitors to come closer to the origins of tea, the craft behind it, the people who grow and produce it, and to one another through shared tea experiences. Around 70 carefully selected exhibitors are expected, together with approximately 55 workshops, talks, tea ceremonies, tastings, film screenings and other programme formats.
The festival is preceded by Berlin Tea Week, 1–5 November, bringing tea culture across the city through tastings, workshops, pop-ups, collaborations, art, food and experimental formats hosted by tea houses, cafés, restaurants, studios and cultural spaces.
On 6 November, the Berlin International Tea Conference will focus on “Voices of Tea,” bringing together producers, brands, traders, buyers, speciality retailers, hospitality professionals and other members of the international tea industry. Kien Yu tea will have speech “Behind the Tea Shelf: Supplying Premium Taiwanese Tea to Europe”. The conference provides a platform for discussion around tea origins, quality, sourcing, sustainability, changing markets and professional exchange.
