Very fine hand plucked tippy green tea from the Sanshia area of Taipei County.

Among high and low oxidized teas, Tippy Green is the most well known. Unlike other green teas, this Formosa Tippy Green even infused with high temp, cup remains silky smooth, sweet and with a nutty hint of chestnut or dried se aweed wrap , although not

oxidized . Compared with Japanese green tea or mainland China green tea, Formosa Tippy Green is much sweeter in taste and more long lingering in both nose

and tongue.
