Tie Guan Yin

Tie Kuan Yin is both a cultivar and a type of oolong tea. Cultivar is of stronger body and characters. Often with more stiff stems and can not be fully rolled into full ball-shaped. Many time higher roasting is recommended to enhance a smoother and longer after-taste.
